EHR Investments, Inc. located in the Jacksonville, FL area, is the family holding company through which the Remmer family operates an evolving and growing complex of businesses, investments, philanthropy and family office services.

EHR Investments (formerly Chemtex, Inc.) was established following the 1989 sale of the company's global contract engineering business to Mitsubishi Corporation. Chemtex, Inc. was founded in 1958 by Eugene H. Remmer and provided engineering counsel and services to build and start up polyester, nylon and acrylic manufacturing plants. Headquartered in New York, and with field offices in Japan and India, its clients and partners were located in developing countries throughout the world, with a concentration in Asia.

EHR Aviation, Inc. is a 100% owned subsidiary that acquires, refurbishes and sells previously owned corporate aircraft through strategic partnerships. The company provides short-term and bridge financing.
