EHR Aviation, Inc., a 100% owned subsidiary of EHR Investments, Inc., was formed in July 1999 for the purpose of acquiring, refurbishing, and selling previously owned corporate aircraft.
EHR Aviation, Inc. operates through a limited number of strategic partnerships with aviation specialists. These alliances are governed by a contractual agreement, which requires partners to place a minimal amount in escrow as an indication of commitment. Profits/losses, after expenses, are split between the strategic partner and EHR Investments.
The aviation specialists are responsible for identifying aircraft for acquisition as well as for supervising the refurbishment and resale of the aircraft. EHR is responsible for providing the financing of the purchase, refurbishment, and carrying cost.
EHR Aviation also has the ability to provide interim or bridge financing for deals on a fee basis or share of profit.
