EHR Aviation can assist in special situations when short-term or bridge financing is needed to save a deal. You or a client may have a plane you want to purchase but the seller wants to close on the deal before you can either complete your financing or arrange for your equity. EHR can assess the situation and in many instances step in and provide the funds necessary to secure the aircraft until your final financing arrangements are made.


For Dealer/Brokers we can also provide supplemental financing in a situation where your credit line may not be sufficient to allow you to purchase an aircraft for inventory or a trade-in that would save your deal.


The fee or profit share for these services would be based on the risk level of the transaction and the value of the aircraft involved.
